Insurance Litigation Attorney

Minimum requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in insurance-related litigation, including coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and policy interpretation.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and colleagues.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration as needed.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
Qualifications:
- LLB degree.
- Minimum of 3-4 years post-articles experience in insurance litigation or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage +- 400 active files, both high and magistrate court work
- Multi languages would be preferred.
