About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Foreman to lead our busy mechanical workshop.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of mechanics efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Trade Test / Red Seal qualification would be advantageous Diesel Mechanics)
• Minimum 5 years experience in a workshop environment
• At least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Valid drivers license (Code B or higher)
• Excellent communication and people management skills

Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the workshop
• Allocate work and manage job flow
• Perform quality checks on completed work
• Assist with diagnostics and complex repairs
• Liaise with customers and provide job estimates
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Maintain productivity and efficiency in the workshop
• Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a workshop environment
• At least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Valid drivers license (Code B or higher)
