About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Directors. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing schedules, making travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and work well under pressure. If you have a proactive approach and can work autonomously, we would like to meet you.
