Job Overview: As a General Clerk at Msuez Uk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day

-to-day operations of our company.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
Support the HR department with tasks such as onboarding, payroll, and employee records
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as needed
Assist with special projects and events as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
