Car Sales Executive

A well-established dealership based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their team.

This role is suited to a target-driven individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales, who is confident in generating leads, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling new and/or used vehicles to clients
• Building and maintaining a strong client base
• Following up on leads and enquiries
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car sales (essential)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a results-focused mindset
• Well-presented and professional
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Every second Saturday

Remuneration:

• Basic salary: R6,000
• Commission structure:
• R1,000 per vehicle (1–4 units)
• R2,000 per vehicle (5–7 units)
• R3,000 per vehicle (8–12 units)
• R5,000 bonus on the 12th vehicle

Total earning potential: up to ±R36,000 per month
