The Role: Junior Dialer AdministratorThis role is central to managing dialer systems and ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for configuration, monitoring, analytics, and providing first-line support to keep operations running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities- 1+ year of experience in IT support, data analytics, or contact centre systems
- Implement and manage daily dialer campaigns
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs
- Conduct system audits and efficiency checks
- Create reports and provide insights to stakeholders
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Liaise with IT and vendors to resolve issues
- Document processes and provide client support
- Grade 12 with Mathematics; IT Diploma/Degree preferred
- SQL knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with dialer or contact centre systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organised, reliable, and able to work shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
