- Strong Administrative Skills
- Ability to work in a daily changing environment
- Comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, trustees, owners)
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Adapt to support others at short notice when critical requests arrive
- Flexibility to support the odd evening meeting as and when required
Responsibilities:
- Tenant & Owner Relations
- Handle all communication with tenants and owners.
- Manage all lease-related communication and documentation.
- Maintenance Management
- Report and facilitate all maintenance tasks.
- Ensure completion and obtain final invoices.
- Vacant Units
- Oversee marketing (load on Property24 and website)
- Liaise with brokers for listings and feedback.
- Site Visits
- Attend any site visits required by landlords or tenants.
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Update compliance records.
- Ensure fire equipment servicing and related checks are done – arranging and facilitating.
