Luxury Vehicle Dealership Costing / Warranty Clerks - Gauteng, Northern Suburbs

Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer deadlines
- Ensure all warranty documentation is complete and compliant with manufacturer requirements
- Verify repair orders, labour operations, parts allocations, and supporting documentation before claim submission
- Perform workshop costing on completed job cards
- Reconcile warranty payments and investigate any rejected or unpaid claims
- Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Department, and Management regarding warranty-related matters
- Monitor outstanding warranty claims and follow up where required
- Ensure all claims are processed according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Assist with warranty audits and maintain accurate records.
- Generate and analyse warranty and costing reports as required
- Maintain excellent attention to detail while managing a high volume of transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Costing Clerk, Warranty Clerk, or Costing & Warranty Clerk within a franchised automotive dealership
- Previous experience with a luxury or premium passenger vehicle brand is essential
- Premium motorcycle dealership experience would be highly advantageous
- Proven experience handling high volumes of warranty claims and workshop costing
- Excellent understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Motoplan
- Experience using automotive dealership costing and warranty systems
- Experience on Kerridge / Autoline would be advantageous; however, similar dealer management systems will be considered
- Strong administrative, organisational, and reconciliation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
