Bookkeeper

A dynamic international technology group with a Head Office in Saudi Arabia are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join their office in Centurion.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team supporting innovative optical systems solutions for the global civil and security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Capturing and processing financial transactions
• Reconciliation of accounts (bank, creditors, debtors, etc.)
• Assisting with monthly management reports
• Preparing VAT and other statutory returns
• Ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a bookkeeping role
• Proven ability to handle full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill
