- Plan and coordinate strategic projects, events and stakeholder engagements; monitor milestones, timelines and funding parameters.
- Lead divisional performance reporting: maintain the scorecard, analyse data gaps, implement reporting improvements, and support policy revisions.
- Enable people delivery through basic performance management and capacity planning processes.
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Cost Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in business management / cost management / financial modelling / management consulting / project management within a complex financial services or corporate environment.
- 5 years’ leadership experience (formal or matrix) with proven stakeholder management.
- Strong analytics and financial acumen; advanced Excel/PowerPoint and reporting skills.
- Solid grounding in project management, governance, risk, and change management.
- Clear, concise business writing with the ability to distil complex inputs into actionable insights.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel occasionally when required.
- Divisional plans translated into clear initiatives with tracked milestones and visible progress.
- Accurate, on-time performance reporting and actionable insights for the Chief Banking Officer and MANCO.
- Improved operational efficiency through simplified processes and better information flow.

You’ll gain exposure to enterprise-wide strategy and senior decision-making while shaping how a critical division executes. The pace is high, priorities shift, and the role spans both analysis and coordination—success requires resilience, structured thinking, and a steady, service-oriented approach.
