Senior Finance & Admin Coordinator

REQUIREMENT:
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years experience in a finance and administrative role
- Strong bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial control experience
- Proven experience working with auditors and external accountants (essential)
- Ability to independently manage audit preparation and queries
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to work independently and within a management team
- Oversee and manage all financial and administrative operations
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Compile cost reports, analyse variances, and recommend efficiencies
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management accounts
- Oversee supplier payments, debtors age analysis, and payroll processes
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and audit-ready financial records at all times
- Take full ownership of audit preparation and act as liaison with auditors
- Respond to audit queries and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Organise and coordinate meetings (AGMs, Board, Committee) including minutes
- Manage insurance renewals and compliance documentation
- Oversee office administration, procurement, and asset management
- Maintain staff records and liaise with HR on administrative matters
- Provide regular financial and operational reports to management
- R40,000 per month (CTC)
