Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Proven experience as a receptionist (dental or medical practice experience would be advantage)
- Strong computer literacy (email, basic systems, invoicing, and data capture)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good spelling and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
- Must reside in Moreleta Park or immediate surrounding areas
- Professionally answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Responding to WhatsApp messages, emails, and client enquiries timeously
- Welcoming patients and managing front-desk operations
- Handling payments, billing, and issuing invoices
- Capturing and updating patient and payment information accurately
- Following up on outstanding payments and appointments
- Liaising with internal staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintaining a neat, organised, and professional reception area
