We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join a dynamic retail and digital commerce environment.
This role is ideal for someone who has gained experience working within Agile delivery teams and is looking to further develop their Scrum Master career within a fast-paced technology environment. You will support Agile teams delivering web, mobile, digital commerce, customer experience, and integration initiatives while helping to foster Agile best practices and effective team collaboration.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, UX/UI teams, business stakeholders, and senior delivery leaders to support successful project execution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions
- Support Agile delivery across digital, e-commerce, and customer-facing technology initiatives
- Assist teams in identifying and removing delivery impediments and blockers
- Help coordinate activities across development, QA, product, and business teams
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics
- Maintain Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Support release planning and deployment coordination activities
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Promote Agile principles, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Escalate risks, dependencies, and delivery concerns where appropriate
- Contribute to building high-performing and self-organising Agile teams
- 2-5 years' experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, Agile Delivery Coordinator, or similar Agile role
- Experience working within software development, digital, or technology environments
- Exposure to Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience supporting software delivery teams and Agile ceremonies
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
Technical Exposure
A good understanding of the following is beneficial:
- Software development processes and Agile delivery
- APIs and system integrations
- Web and mobile application delivery
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- CI/CD and DevOps concepts
- Digital commerce and customer-facing platforms
- Data flows and system dependencies
Exposure to the following technologies would be advantageous:
- REST APIs
- Azure DevOps
- Jira and Confluence
- E-commerce platforms
- Payment, loyalty, fulfilment, or order management solutions
