Internal Sales Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Advantageous: working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders and quotations received via phone, email, fax, or in-person according to company procedures.
• Liaise with dispatch, purchasing, accounts, and external sales representatives as required.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in growing the companys client base by identifying top prospects.
• Provide product and service information to customers and support the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, quotations, and communications.
• Follow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Support the launch and implementation of new products.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
• Complete sales-related reports and communicate trends, results, and recommendations to management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Assist with inventory management and communicate stock availability to the sales team.
• Other duties as assigned.
