Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) essential
Certificate or diploma in property management, real estate, or finance
25 years experience as a Property Administrator or in a similar role.
Proven experience using MDA Property Manager software.
Experience working with and managing rent rolls across a multi-property portfolio

Key responsibilities:

Maintain and update rent rolls in MDA for all properties
Ensure accuracy of rental charges, recoveries, and escalations
Reconcile discrepancies between lease terms
Generate monthly rent roll reports for financial and operational reviews
Capture leases, tenant information, billing instructions, and recovery structures
Process monthly billing runs, including rental, operating costs, utilities, and ad hoc charges
Generate and distribute tenant statements.
Run MDA reports including arrears, income schedules, and variance reports
Follow up on tenant payments and arrears in coordination with finance teams
Process tenant deposit refunds and recoveries.
Assist with budget inputs, accruals, and property performance reports
Coordinate with facilities/maintenance teams on service requests logged by tenants
Handle tenant communication professionally and in a timely manner
Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
