Minimum Requirements
- BSc / BEng in Electrical Engineering
- GCC Factories completed, or currently a GCC candidate
- Proven maintenance management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plant equipment, and maintenance best practices
- Experience leading technical teams and contractors
- Strong understanding of OHSA, statutory compliance, and engineering standards
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Lead and manage the maintenance department, including electrical and mechanical teams
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
- Ensure maximum plant uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Manage maintenance budgets, spares, and contractor performance
- Oversee plant shutdowns, breakdown response, and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with GCC, safety legislation, and engineering standards
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Mentor and develop engineering and maintenance personnel
- Collaborate with production to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Hands-on approach to solving plant and equipment issues
- Commercially aware with strong cost control capability
