About the Role:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain workflow and project timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and quality control measures on-site.
• Report progress, challenges, and updates to the Site Manager and senior leadership.
• Assist in problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction, preferably on high-rise or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Johannesburg-based, with flexibility to work on various project sites.
