Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and report on monthly management accounts for group consolidations.
- Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support key business decisions.
- Perform multi-currency reconciliations and manage inter-company transactions across global entities.
- Design and automate reporting dashboards using Power BI to enhance data visibility and accuracy.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification essential.
- Experience: Minimum 35 years post-articles experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, SAP/ERP systems, and strong Power BI proficiency (essential).
- Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights and partner effectively with operations.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
