Accountant | QuickBooks Specialist

A well-established industrial business in George and Vanderbijlpark is looking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented accounting professional who can take ownership of the full bookkeeping function, manage complex bank reconciliations, and work independently within a fast-paced environment.

• Full bookkeeping to Trial Balance
• Large-volume bank reconciliations
• General ledger reconciliations
• Month-end accounting support
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with reporting and financial administration
• Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance

• Matric
• Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping or BCom Accounting advantageous
• 38 years' relevant accounting experience
• Strong bookkeeping-to-trial balance experience
• Extensive bank reconciliation experience
• Proven QuickBooks experience (non-negotiable)
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Stable employment track record

• Experience within SME, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Residing in George or surrounding areas

• R35 000 per month

• Immediate availability preferred
• Training commences 22 June 2026
