Accounts Receivable Clerk

This position involves: Recording and posting daily cashbook transactions accurately, applying receipts to the correct stores and debtor IDs
Performing accurate bank, cashbook, and account reconciliationsReconciling daily cash deposits and offline transactions between Micros, bank statements, and TMS reports
Investigating and following up on till variances, missing records, and offline handset settlements with stores, G4S, and managers
Preparing and distributing monthly turnover and revenue reports
Maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable aging, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and daily autoâapplying of receipts
Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 5 years experience in a high-volume environment
Proficient on Microsoft ExcelStrong experience in the Accounts Receivable function
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Qualification: Matric (non-negotiable)
Degree in accounting (or similar)
