Minimum Requirements
- Experience in body corporate / sectional title management
- Experience using WeConnectU (advantageous)
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Financial or accounting background (strong advantage)
- Ability to quickly learn new CRM systems
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and portfolio management duties, including:
- Budget preparation and financial administration
- Extensive email correspondence with trustees, owners, and contractors
- Drafting notices, issuing fines, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking accurate minutes
- Understanding and following meeting procedures for trustee meetings and AGMs
- Supporting or independently managing sectional title portfolios (depending on experience)
- Attending after-hours trustee meetings and AGMs
