As Procurement Manager, you will lead all sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contract activities while ensuring cost-effective, quality-driven procurement. You will manage local and international suppliers, oversee imports and exports, maintain inventory levels, negotiate contracts and pricing, drive supplier performance, support production requirements, and continuously improve procurement processes, systems, and cost-saving initiatives across the business.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years' Procurement Management or Senior Purchasing experience within a manufacturing, engineering, mining, industrial, or production environment.
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance.
- Strong knowledge of imports, exports, customs clearance, international procurement, foreign exchange transactions, and logistics management.
- Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro, Sage Evolution, or similar, with strong inventory, reporting, and cost management capabilities.
