Spiral Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Spiral Workshop Supervisor to oversee and support workshop operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in manufacturing or engineering workshops, who is passionate about quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Supervise daily workshop activities, including assembly, fabrication, and production
• Ensure all work meets technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity and performance
• Identify and resolve production delays or bottlenecks
• Conduct quality checks and enforce internal quality control processes
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, including PPE compliance
• Lead toolbox talks, team briefings, and on-the-job training
• Oversee housekeeping, equipment usage, and workshop standards
• Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Report on production progress, issues, and incidents

• Proven supervisory experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or production environment
• Hands-on experience with assembly processes and workshop operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong understanding of quality control and production standards
• Experience managing teams, including performance and productivity
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (reporting and communication)

• Exposure to mineral processing equipment or similar environments
• Experience with spiral or related equipment assembly
• Knowledge of safety systems and structured work environments
