SALES REPRESENTATIVE - SKIN CARE & AESTHETICS

Pretoria, GAUTENG - South Africa (includes bi-monthly travel to LIMPOPO - at company expense)

REPORT TO: Sales Manager & Finance Director

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30 - 16:30

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R15,000 Basic Salary per month
• Company Cell Phone / Telephone for business calls only
• Travel allowance & Petrol Allowance (for business-related traveling & accommodation expenses)
• Vehicle maintenance allowance
• Monthly product allocation
• Commission & Performance incentives
• Commission Potential R45,000 - R60,000 per month (upon reaching targets of all regions)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Skin Care & Aesthetics confident with relevant qualification in Health & Skin Care / Somatology or Dermal Aesthetics
• Must be confident speaking, writing and training in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
• Be able to travel out of province to Limpopo for maximum 1 week every second month
• Based centrally in Pretoria
• Own, reliable vehicle with insurance & valid driver license

1. Matric Certificate / Grade 12
2. Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

1. Confident in your knowledge of Skin Care & Advanced ingredients
2. Punctual & timely
3. Confident in Afrikaans & English (Read, Write & Speak) - professional correspondence is required
4. Sales to Salon & Spas experience - preferred
5. Confidently close sales
6. Develop new business
7. Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
8. Work in a fast paced environment
9. Up to date with beauty & skin care trends
10. Structured and meticulous
