Container Industry Rentals Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Run daily rentals production schedulesConduct rental repair inspections
Capture and file client damage photos
Check key yard-related data on SAP
Load rental repair quotations
Process and approve rental repair requests
Allocate rental containers for delivery
Prepare the daily rental feedback report: Project Manager issues report at approximately 15:00
Rentals Foreman submits updates by 16:30Complete rental repair quality checks and submit with stamped production order to Project Manager, then forward to LLO
Manage stock levels in coordination with the Operations Manager
Process signâoffs for completed rental repair jobs
Maintain strong working relationships with the rental yard team
Show rental and straightâsale units to clients
Email client damage reports to the Logistics Manager
Create Sales Orders for rental repairs
- Conduct weekly rental counts
- Perform spot qualityâcontrol checks
- Complete full monthly rental counts
- Track and report on monthly rental utilisation
Minimum requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essentialThis is a fully inâoffice position
Minimum of 3 years experience in rentals administration, fleet coordination, or a similar operational role
Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication abilities
Valid drivers license and own transport
Hours of Work: Monday Thursday: 07:00 16:00
Friday: 07:00 15:00

Annual Bonus
The company pays an annual bonus in December, equivalent to 1 1.5 months' salary, pro-rated based on your start date
Profit Share: In addition, the company has a Super Profit Bonus Scheme (paid
in May) based on personal and company performance. Thisbonus is discretionary, with a maximum payout of three months
salary. This bonus will not be paid if the employee resigns or is
terminated before the payout date. The bonus is conditional
upon continued employment at the time of payout
Provident Fund: The company has a Provident Fund in place for its employees
and participation in the scheme is compulsory. Your monthlycontribution to the Provident Fund will be 7% of 15% of your
salary (deducted from your salary), while the company will
contribute 8% of 15% per month on your behalf
Medical Aid Allowance: A monthly medical aid allowance of R1,000.00 is provided. The
candidate must be on a medical aid plan (proof required)December "Shutdown": The company is closed during "Builders Break" from mid
December until mid-week within the first week of JanuaryDuring this time employees are required to take Leave
