Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Certification: Cisco Black Belt or Cisco Meraki Fit certification would be advantageous
- 2-3 years of experience: Proven experience in a sales support or technical sales role, preferably with Cisco products and solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge: In-depth understanding of Cisco products and solutions, including networking, security, and collaboration technologies.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and disciplined: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical sales support to our sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cisco products and solutions, including CCNA, Meraki, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and provide technical guidance on complex sales opportunities.
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including sales collateral, technical notes, and product briefs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
