The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design and is skilled in producing high-quality video, photography, and graphic content for both internal and social media campaigns.You will support brand growth and awareness across multiple group companies, working closely with the marketing team to deliver engaging, on-brand content.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation (Graphic Designer Jobs South Africa)- Create engaging video, photo, and graphic content for social media and internal campaigns
- Design digital and print materials including brochures, presentations, signage, and event collateral
- Assist senior designers with creative production and execution
- Manage and grow multiple social media accounts with brand-aligned content
- Apply social media best practices including trend analysis, A/B testing, and content optimisation
- Schedule and manage content across various platforms
- Prepare monthly digital reports to evaluate campaign performance
- Analyse engagement and content performance to improve future campaigns
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and creative team
- Contribute fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency
- Support cohesive, high-quality marketing campaigns across the group
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Additional certification in Digital Marketing (advantageous)
- 35 years design experience (agency or corporate environment)
- Valid drivers licence
- Strong portfolio of design work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (advantageous)
- Exposure to tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies
- Creative thinking and strong visual design ability
- High attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
