An established engineering organisation based in Gauteng is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Product Integration Engineer to oversee the successful implementation and integration of complex electronic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a technical implementation team, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with organisational standards. The role involves analysing system requirements, troubleshooting complex engineering challenges, and ensuring seamless integration of products into existing environments.A key aspect of the position includes developing, maintaining, and reviewing detailed technical documentation to support product deployment and lifecycle management.
In addition, the Lead Product Integration Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, production, and quality assurance, to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. The role also requires providing technical guidance, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes within the engineering department.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in product implementation or integration
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems and engineering principles
- Proven ability to lead or coordinate technical teams
