Role Overview
A dynamic and fast-paced executive environment is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior management.
This role requires an individual with exceptional organisational skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate confidently within a high-performance executive environment. The successful candidate must be capable of managing confidential information, coordinating executive priorities, and producing accurate meeting minutes in real time.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive support to senior management
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence
- Attend executive and board-level meetings and accurately capture and distribute minutes immediately after meetings
- Track action items and ensure follow-up on key deliverables
- Liaise professionally with senior stakeholders, executives, and external partners
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate local and international travel logistics
- Maintain organised digital and physical documentation systems
- Minimum 3-5 years experience supporting a Director, CEO, or other C-suite executive
- Proven experience working in a high-pressure executive environment
- Exceptional minute-taking ability with strong attention to detail
- Typing speed of minimum 60 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field advantageous
