[ref. e37154916] Johannesburg - Affiliate Operations Coordinator

We're looking for the Affiliate Operations Lead that will function as the link between the Affiliate, Strategic Partnerships, Growth Marketing and Digital Marketing teams, offering support to each of these teams and the Affiliate Operations Managers in terms of:

• Coordinate with the various teams and maintain the back-office tools used by the Affiliate Account Managers.
• Fielding requirements from the team, conceptualizing ideas and executing the implementation of these.
• Ensure that system bugs as briefed to the various internal and external parties, ensuring that follow ups are done to mitigate risk and downtime of the affiliate system.
• Work closely with the Affiliate Account Managers to design and develop customized offers and competitions for our affiliates. Playing a pivotal role in supporting the execution by the CX and Promo team.
• Take ownership of external communications, including but not limited to Newsletters, “Did you know” tactical mailers informing Affiliates of new and exciting product updates.
• Monitoring, distributing and responding to the affiliate support email box.
• Assist with uploading of new creative elements both on the Web and the Affiliate portal.
• Brief changes needed to the Affiliate website via the Dev team.
• Earnings Model creation and maintenance, including Monthly deal renewals.
• Pixel tracking set ups and maintenance.
• General Affiliate / Account Manager support which includes logging and escalation of bugs and issues.
• General affiliate account assistance which could include the following: banking updates, password resets, login address maintenance.
• KYC / DMS support when documents need to be uploaded or escalated to the various AML teams.
• Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support the Account Manager Team and the Head of Affiliates.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports and continuously improve reporting processes and tool.
