Stores Assistant

Our client based in Spartan is seeking a reliable and organised Stores Assistant to join their team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the stores department and ensuring that stock and related documentation are managed accurately and efficiently.

• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Ensure the stores area remains organised in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Issue spare parts to the workshop and complete all relevant paperwork
• Receive and check incoming shipments from suppliers
• Assist with general stores administration and record keeping

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a structured environment
• Previous stores or stock control experience will be advantageous

• MIBFA membership for all staff (choice between Pension Fund or Provident Fund)
• Employer contribution: 8.3%
• Employee contribution: 7.5%
• Medical Aid – 50% paid by the company and 50% paid by the employee
