Centurion - Junior DevOps Engineer

Qualifications:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or similar (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in Azure or DevOps (beneficial)

Requirements:

• 12 years' experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role
• Azure and Azure DevOps experience
• Kubernetes and Helm Chart management
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Familiar with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, and PowerShell)
• Git and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or Bicep) knowledge is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

KPAs:

• Maintain and support Azure-based infrastructure
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Deploy and manage containers with Kubernetes and Helm
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure and application performance
• Collaborate with dev teams to improve automation
• Apply cloud security and compliance best practices
• Maintain documentation and infrastructure standards
