FMS Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and sustain sales growth to meet company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in mining.
- Prepare proposals and presentations to communicate value propositions.
- Conduct market development activities to expand market share.
- Resolve customer service issues and support debt collection.
- Ensure effective use of ERP systems and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- National Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering/Marketing/Sales (postgraduate an advantage).
- Minimum 6 years technical sales experience in the South African mining industry.
- Proven ability in complex B2B sales with long cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of mining industry contacts and instrumentation systems.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience (SAGE).
- Experience in fuel management systems and ability to grasp new technologies.
- Travel required across South Africa, including outside normal working hours.
- Standard office hours: 08:00 16:30, Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed.
