Job Description

You will:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all construction contracts and projects
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements
• Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and risk management (e.g. GCC / FIDIC)
• Manage and support project, contracts, and commercial management teams
• Ensure profitability through effective cost control, forecasting, and commercial decisions
• Approve budgets, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Mitigate contractual and commercial risks and resolve disputes where required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project performance against programme, cost, quality, and KPIs
• Support business development, tender strategy, and bid approvals
• Report to executive management on project and contract performance

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• (SACPCMP)Professional construction / (ECSA) engineering registration

• 10+ yrs exp in construction, managing large-scale building projects and managing multiple contracts and project teams
• Knowledge of MS Projects Beneficial
