Minimum Requirements
- Relevant BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Must be a qualified CA (SA)
- 23 years experience in a similar Financial Controller or accounting-related role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Afrikaans-speaking (essential)
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent coordination and administrative abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong work ethic and professional integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism when handling financial information
- Experience within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, or paste-related industry environment will be advantageous
- Experience working on Financial, accounting or ERP systems
