Sales Administrator

In order to be considered the following is required:

  • Matric
  • 2 - 4 years experience in a sales administration role
  • Must have an Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (this will be tested on)
  • Experience with Sales Evolution
  • Must have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to work every second Saturday (between 07h00 - 14h00)

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Processing of client orders on various platforms
  • Liaising with clients for their orders
  • Raising invoices and confirming purchase orders daily
  • Filing of invoices and credit notes
  • Calculating costs of routes on a daily basis
  • Preparing loading sheets for the Dispatch Manager
  • Preparing loading sheets for the Park Station Manager
  • Query and problem resolution with the sales team
  • Load customer route rankings and delivery days
