Our client is seeking a Training Officer Intern to support the Training and Development function through effective coordination, administration, reporting, and record management. You will play a key role in ensuring training programmes run smoothly, employee records are maintained accurately, and compliance reporting requirements are met.
This role offers exposure to learning and development operations, skills development processes, training logistics, and HR administration while working closely with internal teams, facilitators, and service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent organisational ability, and a passion for people development.

What You’ll Do- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, inductions, and workshops
- Maintain training calendars, attendance registers, and learning records
- Prepare training packs, certificates, and training materials
- Capture and update training data on internal systems and databases
- Assist with venue bookings and training logistics
- Maintain employee training records and skills matrices
- Track compliance training and monitor certificate expiry dates
- Prepare monthly training reports and statistics
- Support audit preparation and skills development administration
- Assist the HR and Training department with general administration duties
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, HR Development, Training & Development, or Administration
- 0–2 years’ experience in training administration, HR support, or learning and development
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and formulas such as IF and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Good organisational and record-keeping ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Training administration is completed accurately and on time
- Employee learning records and reports remain up to date
- Training sessions are effectively coordinated and supported
- Compliance tracking and audit preparation are well managed
- Reporting and document control processes are maintained efficiently
- Stakeholders receive professional and reliable support
