Operations & Maintenance Manager

Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years operational or maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Proven track record in preventative maintenance systems and production optimisation.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Computer literate.
- Experience with sachet filling machines or liquid packaging equipment (advantageous but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations leadership: Oversee daily plant workflow, production targets, resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Maintenance strategy: Manage preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programmes across all plant equipment to minimise downtime.
- Team management: Lead, mentor and schedule maintenance and production staff, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Safety and compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety and environmental standards (OHSA/SHEQ).
- Budgeting and costs: Monitor operational expenditure, control spare parts inventory and optimise maintenance costs.
