About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to focus on weekday work without weekend shifts. You will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, support the head chef, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Hours: Monday Friday | 08:00 17:00 (No Weekends)Parking: Available
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef with daily kitchen operations
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and stock levels
- Support team members and help train junior staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
