Minimum Requirements- MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering (or closely related)
- 1 year experience (internships, research, or PhD work accepted)
- Strong fundamentals in reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and transport phenomena
- Power BI experience (non-negotiable)
- Exposure to Python or MATLAB and data analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Support process design, analysis, and optimisation
- Perform mass & energy balances and process simulations
- Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Build Power BI dashboards for KPIs and process performance
- Apply basic AI / machine learning techniques to process data
- Assist with scale-up, validation, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with operations, R&D, automation, and data teams
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
