Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Cleaning, Hygiene, or Pest Control industries
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Achieve weekly sales targets, including calls, appointments, and conversions
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and contracts
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed proposals
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals
- Maintain and update a robust CRM pipeline
- Prepare accurate costings for proposals and contracts
- Ensure all deals are profitable and aligned with company objectives
