Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-oriented External Sales Representative to generate new business and manage key client relationships. Youll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, engaging directly with decision-makers, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that align with our suite of IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning the companys services accordingly.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver customized IT solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Proven track record of target achievement
Afrikaans and English speaking (fully bilingual)
3+ years experience in IT solution sales
What we offer:
Base salary: R30,000Commission: uncapped, extremely high earning potential, between R3500 and 18500 per closed deal
Requirement: Sell 2 SLA contracts per month (the idea is that commission will double the salary if 2 deals are closed in a month)
KPI: lead generation, appointment generation, customer presentations, closing deals, after sales support for further commissionable sales
Probation period: 6 months
