An established organisation is seeking a Product Support Officer to drive product sales, market growth, and technical support across a regional portfolio. This role blends technical expertise, sales strategy, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and product growth plans
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Manage stock levels and recommend re-order strategies
- Build relationships with OEMs and key clients
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Analyse market trends and provide sales forecasts
- Ensure competitive pricing and supply positioning
- Travel extensively for client engagement and market development
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in technical sales / product management
- Strong knowledge of industrial or consumable products
- Proven ability in market analysis and sales growth
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (high travel role)
