Senior Process Engineer

Requirements:

• BEng Chemical Engineering
• Management and leadership experience
• Extensive process engineering experience within minerals processing, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or industrial processing environments
• Strong project management capabilities
• Professional communication and stakeholder management skills

Duties:

• Lead process engineering activities across feasibility studies, detailed design, commissioning, and optimization projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of process engineers and technical specialists.
• Develop process flow diagrams, mass balances, heat balances, and process design criteria.
• Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and engineering standards.
• Oversee process simulations and operational performance assessments.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase plant productivity and profitability.
• Engage directly with clients to provide technical guidance and project leadership.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Participate in HAZOP studies, risk assessments, and operational reviews.
• Support capital project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best engineering practices.
