Management Accountant

Compile and analyse monthly management accounts
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
Perform cost accounting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis
Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness
Review proposals and monitor spend
Partner with operational teams to identify risks, trends, and opportunities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to operate under intense seasonal and monthâend pressure

Skills & Experience: Minimum 57 years in a management accounting or cost accounting role
Strong analytical ability with proven experience in operational environments (FMCG / manufacturing / agriculture advantageous)Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to operate under intense seasonal and monthâend pressure
Advanced Excel and solid ERP/reporting system proficiency
Qualification: BCom in Accounting / Management Accounting
Completed SAIPA / SAICA articles or CIMAâqualifiedValid drivers licence and own transport
