Warehouse/Storeroom Supervisor (Port Elizabeth-Newton Park)

Key Responsibilities
⪠Supervise daily warehouse and storeroom operations⪠Manage receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, and stock allocation
⪠Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts
⪠Monitor stock movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies
⪠Maintain effective warehouse layout and storage systems
⪠Supervise warehouse staff and delivery drivers
⪠Coordinate driver schedules, deliveries, routes, and vehicle usage
⪠Monitor driver performance, attendance, and delivery efficiency
⪠Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
⪠Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and sales departments
⪠Manage supplier deliveries and returns processes
⪠Ensure ERP/system stock accuracy and reporting
⪠Maintain housekeeping and operational efficiency standards
Minimum Requirements
â Previous experience in automotive parts warehousing or storeroom supervisionâ Experience supervising drivers and logistics coordination
â Strong stock control and inventory management experience
â Knowledge of automotive parts and components
â Experience working on ERP / warehouse management systems
â Strong leadership and team management ability
â Good administrative and reporting skills
â Forklift license advantageous
â Valid drivers license essential
â Ability to work accurately under pressure
