Duties & Responsibilities:

Boilermaking & Fabrication
Assist with cutting, grinding, shaping, and assembling metal components for vehicles.
Perform basic welding (MIG/TIG/ARC) for repairs and fabrication.
Support in fabrication of custom parts and mounting plates.
Conduct metal preparation and repair various vehicle parts.
Ensure work meets safety, durability, and quality standards.
General Vehicle Maintenance Support
Assist mechanics with basic servicing tasks and minor repairs on vehicles.
Support inspection of vehicle frames and installation of accessories.
Conduct basic maintenance on tools and workshop equipment.
Assist with tyre checks, wheel nut tightening, and fluid top-ups.
Report defects, safety concerns, or breakdown risks.
Safety, Compliance & Workshop Standards
Follow OHS, workshop safety, and PPE requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area.
Ensure correct and safe use of tools and equipment.
Assist with record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Additional Responsibilities
Support emergency repairs and collaborate with team members for vehicle readiness.
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to fleet maintenance and workshop operations.
