Parts Sales Supervisor oversees parts sales within the Parts Department and ensures that all stipulated policies and processes are adhered to. Parts Counter Sales overall Fill Rate above 90% / Parts Counter Sales quotation success. Managing the Parts WIP and ensuring compliance to the related KPIs.
Developing, updating, and implementing standard operating procedures for the parts salesteams nationally and ensuring compliance.
- Salary R35 000 R39 000,no overtime
- R600 Cellphone Allowance
- Medical aid 50% is paid by the Company and the other 50% is paid by the employee, provident Fund and (funeral cover fully paid by the company)
