Opportunity for a Wheat Miller
Requirements - Solid understanding of milling processes, quality assurance and safety systems. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, forward-thinking and committed to work values and ethics.
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent to an NQF 4
- SAGMA or GMF Accredited qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Miller, specifically with Wheat
- Full spectrum grain experience
- Valid drivers license with own transport
- Willigness to work shifts
Duties and responsbilities:
- Monitor and ensure optiimal functionality of milling equipment
- Oversee and control milling processes to ensure efficiency
- Esnure product quality standars are met consistently
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure machine reliability
- Train, mentor and supervise employees, fostering a positive team dynamic
