Marine Quantity Surveyor

We are urgently seeking an experienced Marine Quantity Surveyor for a short-term project based in Montague Gardens.

Requirements:

Proven experience working on marine or mineral mining vessel projects

Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or trade certification

Strong understanding of cost management, project measurement, and contract administration

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations

Prepare and manage project budgets, progress reports, and valuations

Collaborate with engineering and project teams for cost control

Support contract negotiations, variations, and final accounts
